Message 01 / invitation

A small plan has been made.
A plausible ordinary plan is placed on your calendar. You are not expected to attend.

We write to you. We write properly. Letters are signed. Envelopes are real. We don't send you four emails a week about nothing.
Digital first. Physical when your membership includes it, you want it, and it has a real purpose.
The reply to every invitation
A plan enters the schedule as an invitation, then leaves it as a cancellation. The two messages name the same plan, date and time, so you can tell exactly what changed.

The plan is cancelled before its date. It worked exactly as promised.
What arrives
Pairs that make the schedule legible, with no RSVP or attendance instruction.
Birthday and anniversary notes at every tier digitally; physical notes when your tier and permissions allow.
Corresponding Member and Deluxe Member can include signed physical letters, welcome material and milestone artefacts.
Occasional, mostly text, and optional. Email about an invitation or cancellation still arrives when it needs to.
The making
We write from details you have confirmed and respect anything you have asked us not to mention. AI may help with a first draft, but a person checks it. No message may invent details about you or ask you to attend.
When your membership includes physical post and you have opted in, a person prints, checks, signs and sends it. Gifts and calls happen only when included and you ask for them. Change your mind and future work stops.
