Is Plans With You a real club?
Yes. The membership relationship, the details you choose to share and the correspondence are real. Paid membership is currently closed; the public waitlist is free and does not start a membership.
Do I have to attend the events?
No. Ordinary plans are made to be cancelled before their date. There is no RSVP, check-in or no-show, and nobody expects you to attend. A completely silent member is a successful member.
What is the difference between the tiers?
All three tiers provide equal belonging. Member, Corresponding Member and Deluxe Member differ in what can arrive and how much personal attention we can give: more mail, keepsakes, gifts or calls, when included and chosen by you.
How often are plans made and cancelled?
You choose the pace: occasional, about monthly, a couple per month, or our discretion. Invitations generally arrive 7–21 days before the date on them; cancellations generally arrive 12–36 hours before it. That is the plan working as promised.
What do you remember about me?
Only what you choose to share. You can see, edit, restrict, mark as do-not-mention, export or remove those details through the member portal. Suggestions stay separate until you confirm them; we do not invent things about you.
What about gifts, calls and physical mail?
Each is off until you opt in. You can change your mind at any time; anything planned for the future stops, and the rest of your membership carries on.
What is a manufactured commitment?
A consensual artificial social obligation: you ask for a plausible scenario, confirm it, use the pressure toward a goal you chose, and we explicitly cancel it. You can abort at any time; nothing dangles.
What is the appearance service?
A separately priced service for a real person to appear in a harmless, agreed role. It is not bundled into any tier. Travel and substantial preparation are quoted separately, and prohibited or impersonating uses are refused.
Will my data be used to train AI?
No. Member data is used to run Plans With You; it is not exported to train general models. AI may help with a first draft, but it cannot override your choices or invent things about you.
When does paid membership open?
The waitlist is open now, but paid membership and payments are not. We will write when there is a real next step; joining the list is free.
Is the lore real?
Plans With You is a real membership relationship. Some characters, places and history in correspondence may be fictional. We do not represent fictional references as real partners, endorsements or bookings.
How do I leave or ask a question?
Members can cancel and request data removal through the member portal, subject to legitimate retention requirements. For a public question, join the waitlist and tell us what you need to know.
