The boundary

No tier asks you to show up.

Ordinary plans are made and then cancelled. There is no RSVP, check-in or no-show. You do not attend, you do not pay per plan, and silence does not make you a worse member.

Mail, gifts and calls happen only if your tier includes them and you opt in. Any in-person help would be separate, agreed with you first, and is not included in these tiers.
